I started the project with a mood board which represents the look and feel of the brand, the energy and the vibe of the product, the typeface, and the branding colors.
First step in logo design process is drawing thumbnail sketches which is brainstorming ideas on paper. I used this technique to design logos.
I updated the logo and page layout to be more minimalist. I used this technique to narrow down to three ideal logo options.
The above logo is the outcome of a series of thumbnail attempts for the SAY winery.
This is the process how the fruit icons on the wine label are designed. It is colorfully played and created based on the typeface of the branding which is provided in the mood board above.
This is the combination of the logo, fruit icons, brand colors, and brand typeface to create the complete poster series for all products of SAY winery. They are following the mood of the mood board, simple, colorful, and energetic.
Main page options
Wire frame is a visual guide that represents the base framework of the website. I used wire frame as an efficient way to figure out the arrangement of the contents as well as the overall design direction before. I then incorporated the assets according to them. There are two options for the main page.
Final website on many devices
This is the final mock up for the main page of the website. The design is flexible to be fit on various devices, such as, a laptop, a tablet, and a cellphone. Each device has it own resolution, screen size; therefore, minimize the design more when it comes to a smaller device is a key.
